Q. Do I have to make an appointment for an estimate before I bring in my vehicle?
A. You do not need to make an appointment before bringing in your vehicle (unless your insurance company has requested it). Just stop by at your convenience and we’ll give you an estimate. Or, if you prefer, give us a call or schedule an appointment through this website. We can also come to your location for a mobile estimate. After you receive an estimate, however, an appointment is necessary to begin repairs.

Q. Do I need to pay a deductible, and if so, who should I pay it to?
A. Your deductible is determined by your insurance policy, so you’ll need to ask your insurance agent to verify the amount required. Deductible payments should be made to Able Body Shop. If another party’s insurance company is paying for your repairs, you are not subject to a deductible.

Q. When repairs are complete, what do I need to do?
A. We will call you when your vehicle is ready for pick up. To pay, bring any insurance checks you’ve received. If you have a deductible on your insurance, you may need to pay us directly to cover this amount. If additional damage was discovered and more repairs were needed than originally estimated, you may need to sign some forms required by the insurance company.
